We offer 10 day purchase protection. If you order an item from us and are not satisfied for any reason, send it back within 10 days, and we will offer full credit towards an alternate item. Items must be returned unworn, free of pet hair, stains or smoke smell. We do not offer cash refunds unless item is defective and we are unable to replace with another of the same item, or if we made a mistake, such as wrong item, wrong size, etc.
